About the Role
We are looking for highly driven young talent to help build local resource networks for global data collection projects. This is a hands-on role focused on finding real-world scenarios, people, channels, and partners from scratch.
What You’ll Do
- Source and develop local venues, partners, communities, and workforce resources.
- Build resource networks through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, referrals, communities, and offline outreach.
- Turn project requirements into executable local sourcing plans.
- Manage the full pipeline from lead generation to project launch.
- Track conversion, cost, capacity, and delivery progress.
- Solve on-the-ground problems quickly and independently.
What We’re Looking For
- Highly proactive, resourceful, action-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in cold outreach.
- Strong ownership and resilience under rejection and pressure.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional local languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
Entrepreneurship, side projects, student leadership, event organizing, sponsorship, campus ambassador, BD, Growth, Field Sales, Recruitment/Sourcing, or Community Building experience.
